Challenge

MoreYoga is London's most affordable Yoga class provider with 40+ studios & growing at a fast pace. The marketing team required support to review their internal marketing setup, across their paid marketing channels & infrastructure, which combined a WordPress backend with a custom MindBody servicing model.

Approach

After a thorough audit to understand the unique setup of the MoreYoga web properties, an action plan was put into place to develop more accurate marketing tracking with the ability to scale up as studios / pricing models continue to increase. This was then built into data architecture that was deployed in both client & server side GTM, pushing more trustworthy & enhanced data signals into Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit & Google Analytics. Consent management was also made stronger through a more rigourous implementation of Cookiebot.

Results

Since adoption, both marketing & analytics platforms have now benefited from enriched, consented 1st party signals that have allowed more flexible optimisation within ad platforms. Through Conversion APIs, quality scores have significantly improved alongside a more accurate view on calculating ROAS. Analytics platforms have also been enabled to capture stronger variables like user type, affiliated studio & marketing channel to aid conversion path analysis.
