Holidu is a holiday homes rental service spanning multiple countries & sub-brands, making it easier to book across a variety of different properties. Based on their sophistication, their performance marketing runs across various paid media channels & configured across multiple websites, each with separate complexities.

The core piece of work was to audit Holidu’s approach to paid performance marketing, focusing specifically around their Display tactics across Google / Criteo / RTBHouse alongside their Paid Social approach primarily through Meta. The audit also expanded into their infrastructure, where GTM was the base for a large variety of tracking needs alongside the measurement / analytics strategy within the organisation.

In total, 23 recommendations were presented to Holidu key stakeholders, that concentrated on areas of quick wins from small adjustments within the paid platforms or more wider recommendations around infrastructure / measurement to evolve their display strategy / make it closer to their paid search.
