Challenge

Geneanet are a genealogy brand based out of Paris, France that offer consumers an European centric offering to family history. To support their subscription goals, they run Paid Search marketing but had the intention to in-house this.

Approach

An audit was carried out on legacy paid search and tracking. After updates, Paid Search was managed for 3 months with weekly insights and testing. Upskilling was provided across 4 key concepts: Google Ads, SA360, Google Analytics & Search Best Practices.

Results

Geneanet saw a material impact holistically, including refined search buying, mid-funnel Demand Gen campaigns, and evolved ad copy. Strategic testing provided key learnings during a highly competitive Q4 promotional period.
