A Healthcare brand look after multiple orthopaedic / healthcare websites that differ in their approach to structure and marketing efficiencies based predominantly in specific US States. They had a plan to bring standardisation to website build but with a strong backbone for marketing.

A website audit was carried out across 4 unique websites, focusing on SEO / SEM themes, the underlying infrastructure of WordPress which the websites were built on and the tracking of key events such as phone calls + appointments, with the latter sitting on a 3rd party hosted form.

8 core recommendations were provided, including consistency with data layers, call tracking and consent management. The brand are leveraging this to curate data flows in a HIPAA compliant manner for marketing whilst also creating a best in class templated structure to roll out across all their properties.
